The taste of Specialty: Coffee that will get to you!
In the late summer already feeling like autumn ouzel Caro is flying for the second year together with her kids to the vineyard next to the back of the house. Caro is a gastronome so with all those grapes she feels like being in Utopia. The first grape she always eats herself, the second grape she puts in the open mouths of her youngsters.
The same way she desires the grapes, I desire Specialty coffee. Espresso which can get to you, layers of taste that appear one by one, with fruit layers that will let you desire more. Clear and clean as a ripe grape or with the pure bitterness of cacao and chocolate. With an aftertaste which will stay in your mouth for a nice and long time. Enjoy this together or alone. The aroma which you will smell above your cup of cappuccino or espresso. The moment you were touched for the first time. Your first sip. In a second you know.
This is Specialty coffee, roasted lighter for filter coffee and darker for espresso and cappuccino. That Specialty coffee will be rewarded at least 84 points on a scale of 100 at the cupping table by independent experts. Of course you will need the fresh Arabica coffee. The fresher roasted the better. The fresher grounded the better. And of course: make use of good water and a clean machine.
I ask you this question by now: “Are you moved by your current coffee? If you are a coffee fan of Boot Koffie, you will understand what I mean.
If you think it is a strange question, if you don’t understand it well... If you think ‘What nonsense for a cup of coffee’… If by now you are pointing at the label of your supermarket coffee, which has names of species that will create exotic melanges.
Do the test. Buy a bag of freshly roasted Boot Koffie and let your senses speak. I bet you will be moved. Allow yourself to experience affordable luxury.
